Mike Lungariello, President

Mr. Lungariello is the President and principal officer of Voyager. Mr. Lungariello was previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intrepid Aviation, the predecessor to Voyager Aviation, and Amedeo, where he was part of the leadership teams responsible for the growth of the organizations. Prior to Intrepid, Mr. Lungariello was part of the executive leadership team of Southern Air Inc., where he held the position of Vice President of Finance and CAO. His responsibilities included all aspects of the day-to-day oversight of the financial planning & analysis, accounting, treasury, information technology, risk and insurance and facilities groups. Mr. Lungariello has held various management positions at PwC, Ernst & Young and KPMG in their Assurance practices, and serviced a broad array of aviation clients. Mr. Lungariello holds a M.B.A from NYU Stern and he holds a B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College.

  • Vincent Cebula

    Mr. Cebula has served as a Managing Partner of Solace Capital Partners, LLC, an asset management firm, since July 2013. Mr. Cebula has also served with Jefferies Capital Partners from 2007 to 2012, most recently as a Managing Director in Fixed Income Leveraged Credit Sales and Trading, where his sector coverage included aircraft lessors and airlines. Prior to Jefferies, Mr. Cebula was a Managing Director of Oaktree Capital Management and its predecessor where he led substantial private investments in aircraft leasing, energy exploration and other industries. Mr. Cebula has been a director of over ten public and private companies, three of which were or are engaged in aircraft leasing. Mr. Cebula graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics and concentrations in Finance and Decision Science.

  • Eric Hoffman

    Mr. Hoffman has been with Centerbridge Partners, L.P., a private investment firm, since 2010 and is currently a Managing Director. He is responsible for originating, negotiating and financing investments in the financial services and aviation sectors. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Mr. Hoffman began his career at The Blackstone Group where he worked on a variety of capital raising and restructuring transactions, primarily in the industrial sector. Mr. Hoffman graduated summa cum laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Economics.

  • Craig Huff

    Mr. Huff co-founded Reservoir in 1998 and serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Huff currently serves on the boards of many of Reservoir’s portfolio companies, including ContourGlobal, C12 Energy, Amerilife Group, Aspen Aerogels and Prosperity Life Insurance Group. Mr. Huff has served as a director of Aspen Aerogels since September 2010. Additionally, Mr. Huff has been instrumental in the formation and development of a variety of hedge funds and private investment firms. Previously, Mr. Huff was a Partner at Ziff Brothers Investments and, prior to business school, served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear submarine officer and nuclear engineer. Mr. Huff is the President of the Board of Trustees of St. Bernard’s School in New York City, a Trustee of the Princeton Theological Seminary and a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Regenerative Medicine (Harvard Stem Cell Institute/Massachusetts General Hospital). Mr. Huff graduated magna cum laude from Abilene Christian University with a B.S. in Engineering Physics. He also completed his M.B.A. at Harvard Business School, where he graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.

  • Katherine Kavaler

    Ms. Kavaler has been with Centerbridge Partners, L.P., a private investment firm, since 2017 and is currently a Principal. She focuses on investments in the financial services sector. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Ms. Kavaler worked in the private equity group at The Blackstone Group and in the Financial Institutions Group at JP Morgan. Ms. Kavaler received a B.A. from Yale University in Economics & Mathematics. She also completed her M.B.A. at Harvard Business School, where she graduated with high distinction as a Baker Scholar.

  • Mark Lapidus

    Mark Lapidus is the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and principal shareholder of Amedeo. He founded Amedeo in 2013, following on from his time at Doric GmbH, where he was a founding shareholder and Managing Director from 2005 to 2013. Mark began his career with GE Capital in Chicago in 1985 engaged in leasing investments into corporate jets, truck fleets and industrial equipment. Between 1990 and the beginning of 2005 he was a Managing Director with Citigroup’s Global Asset Finance Group based in London and Madrid. Mark holds an Economics degree from De Paul University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

  • Hooman Yazhari

    Mr. Yazhari currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the global helicopter leasing company, Waypoint. Prior to this, Mr. Yazhari served as General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer at CHC Helicopter, with responsibility for CHC’s Fleet Financing function, since March 2015. Prior to CHC, Mr. Yazhari served as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel of International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) from 2012 to 2015 and before this served in leadership roles at gategroup, a private equity backed aviation product and service provider. Mr. Yazhari began his career as a solicitor in the London and Tokyo offices of Linklaters, practiced at Chadbourne & Parke and was a founding director of EM Health Limited which he led to a successful trade sale. Mr. Yazhari obtained his law degree from Oxford University and master of laws from the London School of Economics. Mr. Yazhari is a co-founder of Beyond Capital Fund, a venture philanthropy investment fund focused on social enterprises throughout India and East Africa. Mr. Yazhari also serves as a Trustee to the board of the Martha Graham Dance Company.

  • Gregg Zeitlin

    Mr. Zeitlin co-founded Reservoir in 1998 and serves as a Senior Managing Director. Mr. Zeitlin serves on the boards of several Reservoir portfolio companies, including ContourGlobal, and has been instrumental in the formation and development of several investment firms seeded by Reservoir. Prior to Reservoir, Mr. Zeitlin was a Partner at Ziff Brothers Investments. Before joining Ziff Brothers Investments, Mr. Zeitlin was Vice President, Financial Strategy for Ziff Communications Company, where he focused on strategic partnerships and acquisitions, and ultimately, the sale of the Ziff family’s operating businesses. Previously, Mr. Zeitlin worked at Sunrise Capital Partners and Wasserstein Perella & Co. Mr. Zeitlin graduated with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A in Finance and serves on the UT Computer Science Advisory Council.
